Mr. Fisher is a seasoned real estate private equity investment professional with over $1 billion in career transaction volume.
Before co-founding Century X Capital with Patrick, Alex served as Director of Acquisitions for a large Arizona-based real estate private equity firm, where he led the firm's national acquisition efforts of Class A
Mr. Fisher is a seasoned real estate private equity investment professional with over $1 billion in career transaction volume.
Before co-founding Century X Capital with Patrick, Alex served as Director of Acquisitions for a large Arizona-based real estate private equity firm, where he led the firm's national acquisition efforts of Class A apartment communities and partnered with the Founder and Principal on strategic operational initiatives across a $1.5+ billion portfolio.
Prior to that, Alex served as Vice President of Asset Management & Acquisitions at another Arizona-based real estate private equity firm, where he oversaw operations of a $600+ million multifamily portfolio and played a key role in sourcing and closing new investment opportunities.
Earlier in his career, he was the founding employee at real estate private equity start-up, where he helped grow the firm's portfolio from approximately $150 million to over $500 million. He has also held roles at another Arizona-based real estate private equity firm and a local non-profit.
Mr. Fisher graduated Cum Laude with Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Finance and Economics from the University of Iowa Henry B. Tippie College of Business.

Mr. Prosser is a commercial real estate private equity investment professional with a breadth of experience in ground-up development, acquisitions, dispositions and asset management, spanning across land, retail, light-industrial, flex, office and medical office assets.
Before co-founding Century X Capital with Alex, Patrick worked for a private equity family office with over $2 billion of assets under management. There, Patrick led the full transaction process of six acquisitions and dispositions across the Southwestern United States as well as a 380,000 square feet ground-up industrial development.
Prior to real estate private equity, Patrick worked at a commercial real estate private credit firm focused on middle-market value-add, distressed, and event-driven loans, where he managed a $450+ million national loan portfolio.
Mr. Prosser earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Iowa Henry B. Tippie College of Business and holds an ARGUS Enterprise Certification.

Prior to joining Century X Capital, John worked for a Midwest private equity firm with nearly $4 billion of capital under management. Before that, he was an investment banker with Houlihan Lokey's Consumer, Food, and Retail Group working on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions.
Mr. Walsh earned Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Finance and Economics from the University of Iowa Henry B. Tippie College of Business, and is currently a Master of Business Administration candidate at the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business.

Prior to joining Century X Capital, Chris spent over a decade in the private credit and equity space, where he advised clients on complex capital solutions for acquisitions, development, recapitalizations, refinancings, and portfolio financings, helping sponsors optimize capital structures while navigating evolving market conditions.
Throughout his career, Chris has worked alongside institutional investors, private equity firms, family offices, developers, owner-operators, and ultra-high-net-worth investors to source and execute tailored financing solutions. His experience spans construction financing, bridge lending, permanent debt, structured finance, preferred equity, joint venture equity, and other institutional capital sources.
Mr. Gitibin earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and his Master of Business Administration degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
